Good Morning Harry,
Long time fan, I\\\'m actually sitting in my living room watching you on Giants 1st & 10. Just wanted to say \\\"Thank You\\\" for the great memories. You were my Dad\\\'s favorite player. My Dad loved the Giants, he loved #53. My Dad past away for quite a while now, but the bond of rooting for Big Blue & watching football with my Dad. This is something I do and a bond I have created with my son.
I met you last year at Fords Jewelers, but I tripped over my words when I tried to talk to you.
God Bless, Dennis Callahan

Harry, thanks for speaking (and signing) at the 92nd Street Y tonight on football concussions. I saw you speak on this subject last year at NYU Law School, as well. I think you\\\'re doing a tremendous job speaking up for the 22,000+ NFL players who lack your presence. You\'re living up to the title of Captain for Life. God bless!

Grew up watching you every Sunday morning. As great a player as LT was I always thought you were just as great in the middle. Never forget a hit you laid on OJ Anderson on goal line when he was with the Cardinals. You were a great player and are a good man. Thanks for all the memories of the games and Superbowl.

I Went to Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland 40 years ago. The Cleveland Browns practiced at my school..I new Erich Barns, Traded from the NY Giants. He told me that the future of football was going downhill because of the players weights. I guess it has taken 40 years for his prophecy to come true. Football would be a better sport if no player weighed more than 220 pounds.
It is all physics..Less injuries with less weight..Leroy Kelly weighed less than 200 pounds.
A better game in those days..Please call me. 908 879 4149 and I will tell you what Bill Nelson(quarterback) had for lunch everyday.(I worked in the Deli at the Commodore Hotel on Euclid Ave. where the team stayed and I made the lunch sandwiches for the team everyday they practiced on campus).

Happy Birthday, Mr. Carson. Thank you for all of the memories and moments, which you have and continue to provide for generations of fans, young and old. Most importantly, thank you for all of your deeds and accomplishments off the field in helping past, current, and future generations of players\\\' safety and well being. You are and will remain a personal embodiment of class and sportsmanship, and an example by which all should aspire to emulate. Wishing you and your family, health, happiness, and all the best life can bring now and forever.

Hello Mr. Carson. You and the rest of that entire team were amazing to watch. My question to you Sir is this: Are you the fist NFL player to initiate dumping the bucket onto the coach? You always had that smirk on your face when sneaking up on the coach.. It was very funny to watch. Thanks to you and the entire team!

Harry, seeing Diane\\\'s message prompted me to comment that I remember both of you when you were HS students, and I have remained proud of both of you since then. Your visit to South Florence had a real impact on the students, and I, of course, was delighted to see you. I told you that day that I was so proud of the man you had become; everything I have heard about you since then simply supports that opinion. When you were inducted into the Hall of Fame, my little kiddies (how scary is it that I read to 2d graders?!) heard about you as both a player and as a student, and their teachers said they talked about you for days. Thanks for being my best ever example of talent, determination, and strength of character!

Harry- Last year or so we met at Quality Inn in Hilton Head, SC for the Golf tournament. You also met a dear friend of mine and waiter, Bobby Pacheco, from Applebee\\\'s. He died a few months after meeting you. There is a memorial for him at the Applebee\\\'s with a Giant\\\'s flag hanging in the diner. It would mean a great deal to his family and friends if you could stop by and sign it. He was a big fan of yours. Just thought I let you know.

I am sorry to hear about this dialogue. “And you’re a South Carolina boy and you go to South Carolina State…” Carson cut him off mid-sentence: “Be careful how you say, ‘Boy,’” Carson said.
It troubles me, as a Jewish white man to hear about such things. Sterling called Magic Johnson etc \\\"..black jews..\\\" Do you think Professor Miller intent was to demean you? I try not to think that all people are like Donald Sterling.
I so enjoyed watching you play football and am happy you got elected to the Hall of Fame, I hope you can come to peace in this world where there are Donald Sterling\\\'s. I find, as a Jew, the world isn\\\'t always pretty.
Matt

the Harry Carson I want y\'all to know is the one I cheered for in high school. As a Mclenaghan High cheerleader in Florence, South Carolina, I can tell you Harry was a dynamo from the moment he transferred from Wilson High to our school. Best of all, he has returned to Florence on many occasions to raise money for the local Boys club encouraging kids to study hard and hang tight to their dreams. I interviewed Harry back in the late seventies on WOLS Radio and what a handsome hunk he turned out to be!
All of Florence is proud of Harry Carson.

Mr. Carson
In light of recent events and \"League of Denial,\" I\'ve been researching post concussive disorders and have been vastly intrigued by a question and the question is this: What sets apart someone who can\'t deal with the after effects of concussions and commits suicide vs someone like yourself who continues to persevere through the struggles? It has me curious if you are a man of faith and if that plays a role in it?

Happy 60th Birthday, Mr. Carson. You are and will always represent everything which is right with athletics. Thank you for exemplifying class, sportsmanship, intelligence, and leadership, both on AND off the field. Had the honor and privilege of meeting you many years ago at a convention in my area. You were an absolute gentleman. Hope your special day and those to follow are filled with health, happiness, and all the best life can bring. My very best to you and yours, now and always.

Hi Harry - Hope you enjoyed your dinner tonight at Mortons as much as we did.
Just had to mention, we are celebrating our 34th anniversary this week. In August 1979 we came back from our honeymoon and went to Giant Stadium to try to get tickets to a pre-season game - we were not successful - but our name went on the waitlist for future ticket availability ... waited 25 years and finally made it.
But going back to that August afternoon, we met you while you were running laps around the stadium (no Timex Performance Center back then).. you spent a few minutes talking to us - very gracious to take the time to spend with the fans.
In any case, tonight was almost 34 years since that day and there you were in Mortons...Good Memories ..all the best

Tonight's HOF Ceremony brought back so many memories of 2006. With George Martin introducing Coach,to your being the first to Congratulate Coach after his speech, was most gratifying. You were and still are the NYGiants !!! Great Job...........
